Hi! I think this a great first attempt at your elevator pitch! The only critique I would have would probably be to include how much would go into (plants or money) the facilities to create enough produce for the average grocery store. Or even possibly mention about how much cheaper it may be to choose VADS over how most groceries get their produce today. I think showing some sort of tangible/numerical contrast between the two options will elevate your elevator pitch!
